Who We Are & How We Operate
The “Usual Suspects” are an informal and independent group of experienced motorcycle riders who enjoy the pleasures of the open road and the camaraderie that come with our regular Wednesday ride.
We are not a club. We have no legal standing. While we are associated with the ACT Ulysses through membership – most of us are members, we’re essentially just a bunch of nice people who like riding motorcycles – whether up-front or on the back.
We have a range of itineraries that include both longer and shorter rides – sometimes on the same day. We have road riders and dirt riders; and cater for both categories.
We stick to the road rules, we ride responsibly and safely, we respect each other’s buffer zones. We enjoy stopping for morning and afternoon refreshments – and, of course, for leisurely lunches.
Importantly, each of us accepts responsibility for him or herself - whether as a rider or a pillion.
If you can relate to these hallmarks of ours; and feel you could fit in with them, you’d be welcome to come and ride with us.
